Through our division, the “Building Restoration Institute, Inc.,” we provide education for contractors, property managers, and insurance adjusters to become industry certified in the following categories:

- Water damage restoration involving wet buildings and contents;
- Applied microbial remediation of buildings contaminated by mold, bacteria and viruses;
- Fire and smoke damage to structures and contents;
- Odor control, where buildings and contents can be impacted by a number of odor-causing agents and chemicals;
- Crime and trauma scene cleanup, which
- requires specialized training in bloodborne pathogens and the means and methods of containing and removing blood and potentially infectious waste;
- OSHA 10-hour health and safety training that complies with California-OSHA and Federal OSHA general industry requirements.

- Wildfire assessment, testing, and cleanup
